Cow Dignity and Farmers Progress Foundation
Around two years back, with an altruistic motive of enriching lives with good health and connecting them with our mother nature, Mr. Surya Pujari started Cow Dignity and Farmers Progress Foundation.
In the gloomy context where there is an urgent need to protect the species which has always been considered divine and revered as a mother, particularly in this culture, there is a ray of hope. And that ray of hope is in the relentless efforts of a few Gausevaks (Cow Guardians) who have been actively indulged in saving these bovine species from extinction or becoming the commodity of the slaughterhouses. Not to miss to mention, there have also been the relentless efforts of a few nomadic groups from Gujarat, Rajasthan, a few Non-Profit Organizations, and Samaritans (both individuals and groups). Cow Dignity and Farmers Progress Foundation is a such Samaritan group.
Cow Dignity and Farmers Progress Foundation aims to become a healthy, feasible platform and a good liaison between our indigenous Indian breed cows and their guardians or protectors for wider benefaction for all.
Purpose of Cow Dignity and Farmers Progress Foundation:
•Improving living conditions of cows by providing well-designed and hygienically maintained cow sheds with basic amenities like naturally raised healthy fodder and clean drinking water.
•Providing sufficient open spaces for cows for grazing.
•Improving the bovine’s health by way of associating with the best animal hospitals for routine veterinary assistance.
•Improving the lives of the nomads by providing quality homes, healthcare, and good education for their children.
